Beyond The Stars offers three levels of competition and awards overalls, and OneBeat Dance Dollars or cash prizes in all three levels, to recognize dancers at various levels of training. Additionally, every solo, duo, or trio that takes our stage will be awarded a trophy with their adjudication.

Experienced and Well-Rounded Judging Panels
Our professional judging panel has extensive teaching and industry experience. They are professionals who understand the importance of each moment the dancers have on stage. Our judges are trained to provide uplifting, constructive feedback to further a dancers education.
Single Staged Events
We place entry caps on our events, allowing us to produce single-stage events with reasonable start and end times. This allows for a more enjoyable competition weekend for all attendees.

Conventions
Our one-day conventions are a fantastic way to train this fall. We offer 5 classes at two age levels. Our convention faculty cultivates an empowering space that brings out the best in every dancer. We conclude our convention day with a scholarship ceremony and faculty meet & greet.
Regionals
Come join us for an inclusive event where dancers of all levels and ages are given the opportunity to perform and be recognized for their efforts and talent. All three levels of competition are awarded both individual and studio awards. A Trophy will be awarded for every solo and duo/trio. Each dancer will receive FREE photos and videos to commemorate their performances.

Our National Finals are packed with talent, excitement, and fun for all ages! Featuring Master Classes by industry professionals, exclusive Pin Trading with over 150 designs, multiple dance and studio-centric Challenges, our Performer Of The Year Competition, and more!

What are Beyond The Stars competition levels and judging criteria?
Beyond The Stars offers 3 levels of competition: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. More information regarding our level stipulations can be found in Section 2A of our Rules and Regulations.
What are the important registration deadlines?
Registration for both Regional and National Finals opens on August 1st. For our regional competitions, registration will remain open 30 days before the event*. National Final registration will close 45 days before the event* *Unless the event sells out prior to that date.
Is Beyond The Stars a part of The Industry Dance Awards?
Beyond The Stars is a proud sponsor of the Industry Dance Awards (IDA)! At each of our Regional Competitions, we nominate select advanced group routines to be in the running to represent us at IDA.
I received an Opening Number Invitation at another OneBeat Regional Event, can I use it at Beyond The Stars Nationals?
Yes! Opening Number Invitations and Scholarships are cross-honored amongst our competition brands. Any OneBeat scholarship or opening number invite can be used at any OneBeat event.
Is there a media fee?
No, there is not! All families receive the photos and videos of the dances from their studio after the event. Studio directors will receive media links about 2 weeks after their event.
Is the Livestream password protected?
No, the livestream does not require a password. Event streams will go "live" on the first day of the event. Please note: Livestream recordings are not saved and a playback option is currently unavailable.
Where can I View Results?
To view award results, please visit the "Tour Dates" section of our website, find the event of your choice, select "Event Details" and then "View Results". Results are typically available within the week following the event.
