Based out of Detroit, Michigan, Becca Grden is a full-time movement Educator and Choreographer. She currently directs a Contemporary program within a full time Ballet academy, which integrates her custom movement syllabus, blending together Horton technique with non-syllabus work. Becca also travels nationwide to teach, set work, and inspire dancers. Her choreography has been recognized with top awards, including multiple Top Choreography honors at World Art Ballet Competition (2023, 2024) and several Choreographer of the Year titles at YAGP. She was honored to choreograph the gala number at the World Ballet Grand Prix Nationals bringing dancers together from all over the world. Becca’s experience spans coaching high school dance teams, creating for student athletes, and serving as a competition adjudicator for ten seasons. She is also a certified barre and yoga professional, passionate about conditioning and wellness.
